1. A Interlanguage analysis
I will make an interlanguage analysis of the pupil's paper “Did you know?” In this analysis, I will assume that the pupil is a male of gender and I will have in mind that the pupil is in 10th grade. I will comment upon three grammatical areas: Syntax, morphology (with special reference to verbs) and punctuation.
The pupil's task description dictates for him to write an article, where he has to raise awareness on the negative effects of the plastic bottles use and suggest ways of solving the problem either locally or globally. The task sheet is full of post-its with information about the topic.

Syntax
The pupil seem to struggle with the subject-verb word order. Fx. In line nine where he writes:
“But before I keep telling you about the negative effects from the plastic bottle would I like to…”
This is an example of a pupil's attempt of transferring the subject-verb word order from his first language, which causes him troubles in English. Here he puts the modal verb “would” in front of the subject “I”, which confuses the reader of the text since it comes out as a question instead of a ... Køb adgang for at læse mere
